Review content:
The experience was great from greetings, shuttle service home and return back. However, the cashiers ruined the entire experience. Each time I've come in for service, the cashiers have ruined the experience where I don't know if I will return again now. Each time, I've always had to consider if I should go somewhere else. The cashiers continue to talk amongst themselves without acknowledging the customer. Don't even confirm they have the correct invoice before asking for payment. Doesn't give you time to review what was done and continue to ask for payment. In addition, I was told when dropping off the car, it came with a car wash service, however my car was not washed went I picked up my car. Since I had such a terrible experience with the cashiers I did not return to cashiers to let them know of the issue. Cashiers totally ruined the experience.
