Review content:
I've had four encounters with Auto Professionals in the last year, but only two of them would show up in the record book because of the kindness and integrity they have shown me on two occasions. Once was what I deemed to be a performance issue with my Lexus GS; it turned out to be nothing serious (bad tank of gas) but Mike took the time out of his busy day to drive the car and check it out; he gave me the assurance that the car was fine. No charge.
Yesterday the same car had a check engine light come on. Most places charge just to tell you what the code means. Greg checked out the code (misfire on the number 4 cylinder) and drove the car, changed the plugs around and reset the computer. Jessie called me and gave me a report of Greg's findings and recommended that we come get the car and drive it around town for a few days to see if the problem happens again as it may have been a glitchy misfire. If the problem returns, bring the car back in. No charge.
The other two times were for an electrical problem in a Toyota Avalon and then brakes, tune up and a few other maintenance items for the Avalon before gifting it to my daughter. Very fair pricing, great work, and good honest people to deal with.
I will be glad to use Auto Professionals for all my future automotive repair and maintenance needs.
