The other I had some rough experiences at the homestead and needed a "different" place to rest my head. While trying to get my family back in AZ to help out financially, we faced a serious set back. The person that was actually going to pay for the room wanted to book the room over the Internet, the front counter person explained that they need the actual card to release the room. I am thinking "how in the world could they maintain that policy when I am here and the credit card holder is 2000 miles away". Their solution was to have the card holder (in Tucson) send a fax authorizing this charge. First of all, why have a booking charge option on the website if the house policy is needing the card. I am a world travelor and have NEVER needed a signature release. All the attendant had to do was ask for the security code on the back. So, I ended up getting local financial assistant and was given the key to the room. I called down to the front desk and asked for a wake up call. The same gent
