Yesterday I went with a friend to Michael's Avon store in order to purchase crafting materials for a sick child. Just as we entered an employee crossed our path; I asked her for the location of the materials we wanted; she thought for a second and then said, "follow me." From that moment on we did just that, and in a very short time we found everything we wanted, some in locations we would never have found. Her name is Barbara and she is amazing. I hope she will be recognized in some manner for her friendliness and willingness to truly assist. She even said goodbye with hopes for the child's health.
