Facts: It took them 3 weeks to bring us a key to the apartment after we moved in.
It was suppose to have dishes but when we called to get them they actually asked us to come and pick them up! Which would have been an hour round trip.
We stayed there for three months and a lot of things went wrong and continued calls were never returned. When we checked out they did a walk through and assured us of a speedy return of what they claim was a deposit, long story but suffice it to say we are now having to sue them.
In the rare instance that they answered our calls we were assured that our money was in the mail, they are a joke of a business, STAY AWAY FROM NW EXTENDED STAY!
Pros: Can't think of one and they do not even deserve one start
Cons: Unprofessional, not customer friendly, dirty, much more!
