Review content:
Best Buy has a good selection and moderate prices, and they do a great job on the sale's floor helping you find what you need. My family has bought 3 or 4 computers at this store in the past decade and we've been pretty satisfied with them. The only problem is, our computers always seem to crash, and when we take them into the store they have no idea what is wrong with them. So basically, the staff is more knowledgeable about buying and using electronics than fixing them.
PROS: Good selection, helpful sales staff
CONS: Unhelpful if your computer crashes
