On Tues Jan 16th I tried to call the Best Buy on Shelbyville RD from 12:30 until about 4:00 while I was at work, no one would answer the phone, a couple of times someone would p/u , but then hang up again. I went to the store about 5:45 to purchase the 4 copies of the World of Warcraft the Burning Crusade that we had pre-ordered. When we got home with the 4 games one of the games was missing the key. I tried from 7:00 to 8:30 to get someone to answer the phone, but did not get anyone until about 7:40. I asked for the manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I then hung up and tried again until 8:30 , then the we are now closed was put on the phone. I did not want to deal with this store anymore so I called the store in Clarksville, In. This is the store I will go to from now on, and I will pass the experience onto my friends and family
