I bought a Samsung clothes washer and dryer from the Norman Best Buy. They told me that I should buy a warranty along with it. 2 yrs later the dryer stops working. They then tell me that I never bought the warranty on the dryer, only the dryer, but just the washer. Fine. They suggested I use their repair guy. Great. They send their repair guy (3 weeks after I contacted Geek Squad) named Frank Gallagher. He told my wife that she would need to pay him $173.98 for a "special order" part. She wrote a check and he deposited it. A couple days later we were contacted by Samsung. Samsung said they would send a technician to fix it free of charge. My wife called Best Buy's service tech Frank Gallagher and told him that Samsung was going to fix it. He said great and that he would send a refund check in the mail. We never saw a check. She called him and he said he would drop it buy. It has now been 5 weeks since he deposited the check, and 8 weeks since I contacted Best Buy about my issue and I h
