Review content:
I shopped at Michael's for a school project for my daughter. She had to make a sock puppet and so I asked for help in finding items to use to make it. The clerk waved me in a general direction of the store and when I returned to her to ask for more specific directions, she said they had nothing in stock to make a sock puppet. I asked another employee for help and since it was her first day she asked the first lady for advice and was told that they had nothing to help me.\r

I searched on my own and found everything I needed: pom poms, google eyes, pipe cleaners, etc. It took me 45 minutes to make my selections and I kept seeing that same clerk talking to other clerks and ignoring me as I wandered in her store. I was between appointments and would have loved to been in and out of the store in 15 minutes, but she was too busy to help me and I didn't have time to go to another store. I've since done all my shopping at Jo-Ann's where the staff doesn't view me as someone to interrupt
