Review content:
I really like the format of the Best Buy stores. Their selection is usually very good and the prices are hard to beat. What I have noticed is that you have to make a really big deal over it if you have mechanical defects in products. We had to keep returning the same DVD player for repairs over and over. And we had purchased the extended warranty under the guise that it would be either fixed the first time or replaced. We got the feeling after the first time it was in the shop that they didn't even look at it. They finally replaced it after it ate up a Blockbuster DVD and I threatened to make them pay the late fees.
PROS: Good selection, good prices.
CONS: Warranty service and customer service.
