They have to be the absolute worst place for "Customer Satisfaction" !!!\r Not only are they rude, smug about it, and unflexable in their policies, but the snear at you when you question it.\r Just try to get service without their "Original Work Order". \r No matter that they have a record of purchase and installation.\r I called their corporate office and was told................... \r "We won't reverse a store managers decision".\r \r Well, I've also made a decision..............I will never again spend one nickle at ANY Best Buy. And, I would advise anyone to be very carefull if you do.\r \r Also, I brought a remote for my mother's car. Was told it costs $150.00.\r All I wanted it to do was lock and unlock the doors and start the car when it was cold outside. I asked if there was another remote that was less costly. Was told "NO".\r Called the manufacturer and was told that one I actually needed sold for $51.99.\r The one I bought is going back and I'll go to Circuit City for the other.
