Purchasing a computer was nothing less than a nightmare. \r
We purchased it on may 27, 2 weeks ago tomorrow. We made a least 11 trips to the store at 20 miles per trip, just to come home to find out nothing was fixed, even tho they said it was. "I could not get may email address and password to match. They set it up wrong and spelled our name wrong. The GEEK SQUAD were very rude. On one of the first visits he asked me if i knew much about computers and i told him i had not used one for 2 1/2 years and was interested in a lap top. He told me to sign up for a "sessiion" at $159.00 per hour and wanted to put in on my Visa, to which i saidNO WAY! I wasn,t about to buy more services on a computer that did not work. A few days later we packed up the computer and took it back and asked for a full refund to which they said, that is impossible because they had down loaded things on it, also there would be a 15% restocking fee. Again we didnt agree. He went behind closed doors to the TO
