First off, There pretty fu**ing stupid. \r

I bought an xbox 360 slim there + kinect and two games. It came to like 600 dollars, and i only had around 450. The idiot didn't even mention that didn't really need an extra controller or the hdmi cord. About a month later, my xbox brakes. Thank god i bought a warrenty. Thinking they'd just switch it out at the store, they said i could have a refurbished one that would be sent in 10 days. So i wait, and its almost two weeks after I sent it in. I call them asking for it, they said "Yupp its been here for a few days now" and i'm thinking, well why wouldn't you call me and tell me that? Idiots. \r

So i bring home my new xbox. \r
i'm ready to set up my xbox, and what happens? I can't recover my gammer tag. Why? Theres no storage unit. Why? BECAUSE THERE WASN'T EVEN A HARD DRIVE IN THE XBOX. \r
