Review content:
1. The evening manager yelled at me for checking in the appointment book to see what time my appointment was. The book was lying out on the counter and no one around to help me. She said it was confidential information. I am married, and wasn't trying to pick up anyone #, I just wanted to know what time my appt was for. 2. When my membership came due, I left several messages for the book keeper to call so I could renew my payment plan. Never returned my calls. It is ashame because it is a local club and would be convenient to go to. I drive to Big Vanilla in Arnold now even though I live near the SPRFC. I will say that all the trainers were really great, especially Kevin - helpful, caring.
