Review content:
The North Point Best Buy is a nice store with many friendly sales reps. I've had some problems in the past with the warranty on my computer from the Geek Squad. However a lot of those problems have to do with the facility that my computer was sent off to, not with the people working in the store as the geek squad staff has been nothing but polite and patient with me. \r

For example I had a hard drive crash a year after it had been fixed for the same problem that prompted me to bring my computer to a store in Savannah to get it shipped off, only to get it back with no Windows and a CD drive that didn't work, which would probably help explain the fact that the computer didn't have Windows on it. I then brought it back to the store on North Point during a holiday break and the problem was then fixed. \r

A year later I brought the computer in again to get the heat sink fixed as well as a blotch on my screen. The computer was sent out with a report that asked the facility to fix the
