I have a complaint. I recieved the worst customer service i've ever seen or heard of at your Westminster, CA store #111, on 04/11/07 at 9:00pm. I was in the store shopping and it was time to close, so I brought my merchandise to the customer service counter, and all was going fine, the cashier, took my return and inspected it and printed up my return invoice, but when she went to pull the cash owed to me out of the droor she noticed that her supervisor named "Rollie" had already closed out the droor early. She called him to the counter to talk to me, and he stated that after the droor has been counted, it is impossible to issue a refund. I asked why he closed the droor, if it was not 9:00 yet and people were still shopping, he then told that the store is open for purchases until 9:00, but, the customer service department closes early for cash back transactions. He then told me to come back tomorrow to do my return, all because one of your employees wanted to close the customer service
