BEST BUY isThe BIGGEST RIP OFF RETAILER in AMERICA, I HAVE BOUGHT TV'S, DESKTOP AND LAPTOPS. every time I BUY something I think I will never go BACK!! BUT I go there AND I LIKE a dummy, I likeTHE PRODUCT AND I buy it, BBBBUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTT, I buy the WARRANTY AND THEY COULD CARE LESS AFTER YOU BUY IT!!!! I JUST got THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY AND I BE DAMN IF I TAKE A PRODUCT THERE TO GET UPLOADED LIKE THE GEEK WARRANTY SAYS AND NOW THEY SAY THEY CANT LOAD FROM THE STORE INTERNET?? WHAT THE HELL. TELL TO DO IT AT HOME AND SHOULD WORK IF NOT CALL TECH SUPPORT. I DID AND THEIR ANSWER WAS TO CALL TECH SUPPORT, I SAID I DID, THEY SAID " OH YEA THATS RIGHT". WHAT ARE THEY SMOKING?? THIS PLACE HAS DONE ME IN FOR THE 3RD TIME. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THERE WARRANTIES, IT IS USELESS AND EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! I HEADING BACK OVER AND SPEAKING TO A MANAGER, USELESS AGAIN I KNOW BUT GIVE ME A BREAK. GAS IS $4.20 A GALLON AND THIS IS VERY DISCOURAGING!!!
