Review content:
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to this store to upgrade my computer, spent chasing 2 salesclerk and male computer supervisor who is more busy sorting his folder. After waiting for an available salesclerk, informed her of my computer model and series to find the right memory(RAM) I needed, she told me she can`t help me since the computer is down. Burned my gas coming to this store and HELLO are`nt you surrounded by computers? So I calmly asked her is there any other person in here that could help me? then she takes two steps to the other computer and it`s working. This store has a VERY VERY POOR customer service, reminds you of your visit to Rancho Cucamonga`s Home Depot. Ontario Bestbuy has more helpful salesclerk, but hey, Circuit City is closer at Daycreek.
