It is always a pleasure to shop here. I will purposely drive here to get my "goods" - i.e. healthier fare than what I can find at Fred Meyer or Marlene's. Marlene's is kinda expensive and out of the way (too close to all that traffic near the mall and Costco), and Fred Meyer doesn't have the natural/organic meat selection that the Met does. I feel good when I shop here, get pretty decent prices, and love the decor. The bakery is yummy, the coffee is terrific, and the best feature is the incredibly friendly staff members who really know how to help customers feel good and get what they want. A++++
