I got a roof put on by Norato. The roof was done with 30 year shingles. The roof had some sloppy cosmetic problems and they came back and corrected this. Mr. Norato told me there was a 10 year guarantee against leaks. The roof seemed okay for a while but started to leak around a fan. I called and it was hard to get a call back. They eventually came. Twice they worked on it and it was better but leaked when there was a hard rain. Frustrated I put some sealant on myself and that helped more than what these "professional" roofers did. But I still have a slow leak when I get a hard rain and they haven't called back. I tried to visit the office and there was no one there I could talk to about it. The last time I called to tell of the leak the lady on the phone told me "I will add it to the list." Apparently others are having problems too. I am still waiting for a call.
