I would not recommend Sean Brumelle to my worst enemy. After having State Farm Insurance for over 25 years, and never having filed claims on our homeowners (therefore not knowing the rules), Mr. Brumelle and his staff withheld information from us regarding the consequences of timing when filing claims. As a direct result, State Farm canceled our insurance and we had to carry high risk insurance for 2 years. He obviously did NOT have our best interest in mind or he would have told us all the information and let us make the decision whether or not to file. AFTER the claim was filed and paid, he called us to inform us that State Farm would be canceling our insurance. He acted like it was no big deal, and obviously it wasn't to him. If you want a good agent, call Ken Richards.
