Scott F was so in-tuned to providing great quality care for my furnace tune-up. Dowd installed my furnace 5 years ago so I thought it was time for its tune-up. Scott F called on the day of service to say he was on the way arrived within 10 minutes later! .I stood around watching him, and he explained what he was doing and how his cleaning of this one sensor is so important to maintaining the furnace for many years. He also showed me how to replace the batteries in the thermostat. It is about taking the time to teach the consumer how to maintain their furnace for optimum performance for many years that will save us money. Thank you Scott F and Dowd's Mechanical, Heating & Air Conditioning for really being 'a degree above the rest!' that ultimately saves me and my family money! 5 ***** Rating..Joe in Langhorne
