I contacted this company more than two months before the burial of my husband's ashes. They promised that the engraving and marker would be done on time. After frequent calls to them - always being assured that the work would be done on time - I learned two days before the burial that it would not be ready. Very disappointing, to say the least, especially with family traveling from Florida, Atlanta, New York. It meant a lot to us to see his name and dates on the monument and his marker at his grave. Had they told me right off that they did not want or could not do the job, I would have had time to find someone who could.
