Dr. Jokela is a Diplomat of Veterinary Medicine (Board Certified) and Purdue University graduate. Very knowledgeable, gives loads of information and takes LOTS of time with you. (Don't expect to get out in less than an hour!) Her ties to the PU Veterinary Teaching Hospital and their vets help if you have a pet that needs additional care, referral or surgery. One of the best vets my four cats have ever had. Prices on the mid-high side. I suggest you call first and get some preliminary information and costs to make sure you agree with her vaccination protocols and vaccines. She is conservative on vaccinations and prefers certain vaccines which I was already using with my old vet. Very thorough on diagnoses. I find that everyone at the place really cares about pets.
