They forgot a few details. They cancelled a few times. Bobby once said that he was coming tomorrow and forgot to call me. My little puppy slips under the two couches and I need to get it cleaned. However, he did a pretty good job. I like the way the carpet looks. I had my carpet cleaned every 3 months. I am happy with the job. However, I was not happy that they kept postponing. Those little details were the annoying part. They postponed three times. I will recommend them 100%, but ask them to fix those little things and be better with their time.
