Review content:
This was my first time using A1 Carpet Care for their carpet cleaning service. I guess the worker's truck broke down so he brought his hand equipment. The carpet wasn't as clean as it could have gotten, which is no fault of his. He did the best he could do with what he had. We requested to have two rooms and a hallway done. The hallway had three steps so he added another fee for that area even though the hallway probably isn't even 3 feet by 3 feet. The steps were probably another foot. I think this could have been negotiated but there was no negotiation. However, he was on time, professional, thorough, and courteous. I would recommend them.
