I have to confess we haven't always used our neighborhood
Walgreens for prescriptions. In fact, because it is clean and neat, and has a nice, large parking lot in the middle of the city of LA, we have gone to get TV wires, of all things, simply because a department store like Walmart or Target was too faraway. I think customer service could improve, as the store is mostly a self-service kind of place, but if you don't mind that, it's pretty good for the variety of products they sell.
