Review content:
The customer service at this location is atrocious. I called in a refill for a medication that I have been using for three years. I had just had it filled the prior month. I went to the drive-thru & the pharmacy tech tells me it can't be filled because it is being discontinued & they will no longer be getting any. I asked why I wasn't called, & he says they tried but there wasn't an answering machine at my house (not true). He says they have put in a request to my doctor for recommendation for a substitute. I asked them to call me when they received an answer. Two days later I called a different Walgreens & was told it is true that the manufacturer will no longer be supplying them & that my doctor recommended an over-the-counter medication. I then called an Aurora Pharmacy to find out if they could get me the prescribed medication. They told me they would order it & I could get it in two days.
