I have been associated with Young and Associates for almost a year, and I find them to be adequate. The strangest thing about them, though, is they do not take appointments except for the next 2-weeks. For instance, if you want an appointment, you will get it in the next few weeks or else they will put you on a written waiting list and you will be called when an opening comes up. They say it keeps down the number of cancelled appointments. It is difficult to get an appointment, though, unless you call about 3 weeks BEFORE you want it, and then they might be able to schedule you in the the 2-week period after your 3 weeks. Confusing? YES, it is, but I guess after a while, one gets used to it. I never have.
