The pharmacy manager at the Walgreens Pharmacy at 1717 Milton Ave., Janesville, needs a few refresher lessons in customer service, especially with respect to that store's drive thru service.During my lunch hour today, I sat in the drive through lanes 15 minutes before the attendant had been able to service only a second customer. Several people behind me drove off, unable to get service. After another 10 minutes, and after the person in front of me drove off in disgust over her wait, I got my chance only to find that the medicine that had been faxed over to the store was still not ready 3 hours later. I complained and demanded to see the pharmacy manager. Instead, I was given an intern who of course could do nothing but listen. As I was complaining to her, I notice that, finally, they had a second person to assist the other customers. \r This lackadasical attitude towards customer service is unacceptable.
