My twenty nine year old daughter has nothing but trouble when it come to picking up her meds.. The first time mess up they were told what to fill and put the other on file The first thing the tech. ask for was her medicaid card which she doesn't have one My question is If you are black to do that MEAN you have to have a medicaid card can't a black person have regular insurance Today same child try to get her meds. fill and they overcharge her and was told since she drove off they could not refund her money because she drove off the premises when They mess up The mgr got involved in it and over charge her card aging for forty more dollars Now the back doesn't show a credit to her account they say call back tomorrow now I ask you is this the way Walgreens handle business. I am sitting on the phone before I text this comments and after an they still have not answer the phone Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
