Review content:
The location is very convenient, but I am now going out of my way to use another Walgreens. My doctor repeatedly has had to call in the same prescription, but Walgreens pharmacists can't seem to get it right. I finally had a talk with one of the pharmacists about it, but she in no way whatsoever assumed any responsibility. She had lied to me once before about my doctor leaving two phone numbers that don't work. I spoke personally to my doctor about this, and he told me she was absolutely lying--that he only ever left one number. When I presented everything to the Walgreens pharmacist, she first told me how many prescriptions they fill a day and how impossible it would be for them to make a mistake, then suggested that my dr didn't know how to use the touch tone service. A simple apology would have satisfied me. I believe she was confused about dosage and didn't want to admit it. I can accept human error, but I refuse to do business with people who lie to me.
