Rude to customers, they dont even honor your rewards, the manager said sorry but you dont have any credit on your rewards card, I showed him the email that said my balance etc...... he said you have to call directly (Customer Service) I said Isnt this Game Stop? Isnt it here where you can use the rewards, he said yes to all those questions but no you cant use those rewards here.... really? Can I talk to your manager? Im the manager, of course he is the manager, he was laughing to my face, this manager name was Justin, if thats his real name who knows.... My boys love going to Game Stop, but since now we know they lie to you about rewards credit, we are not going to this GS never again, .......
