Walgreens Pharmacist Al Holliday told me to take my family somewhere else because I asked when I could expect to pick up the balance of my partial prescription. On two separate occasions, he ignored the Code of Federal Register's rule of dispensing schedule II controlled substance after 72 hours from the time of Rx drop-off. I called around the Delaware and New Jersey and all the pharmacists I spoke to said he was breaking the law. When I told him he couldn't dispense the medications after 72hours from the time he first gave me the partial prescription, he and his staff yelled that they could do what they wanted and that they did this sort of thing all the time. Shame on Pennsville Walgreens for ignoring CFR 1306 which governs partial filling of schedule II prescriptions. I had to transfer my family across the Bridge in Delaware to ensure my pharmacists know and respect the law.
