Review content:
The service was horrible. While the young lady helping customers worked hard, the other 'gentleman' behind the counter talked with a friend and took inventory. The lady in line in front of me had been waiting a good 10 minutes before I joined the line behind her. After standing in line another 7 minutes, I commented that I was surprised customers did not take priority over inventory. The 'gentleman' casually looked up, apparently hearing what I had said, but did nothing to address the issue. I was surprised to learn he was the manager, Mike. After another 10 minutes or so, I was finally helped as the line behind me grew and Mike continued to ignore his customers. During the wait in line, I observed Mike being asked if Gamestop had the new Mario Brothers game. Barely making eye contact and not taking a break from his work, he casually waived his arm towards the back of the store saying something along the lines, "it's over there." I will never return to this store and I encourage others
