GREAT DOT CERTIFIED PLUMBER!! I was freaking when Columbia Gas shut off my gas without even asking me. Found the agent outside poking around my house. He said there was a leak and that I needed to get a DOT CERTIFIED PLUMBER. It was 5pm and I wasted some time with telemarketing agents who WERE NOT Plumbers. Hung up on them. Called Scott Boyd, he picked up, calmed me down. He was the person who came the next day with a crew, interfaced with the gas company, dug up the cement, found the leak and replaced the pipes installed new meters. He was done and had by gas turned on by 3pm the next day. Real person. VERY EFFICIENT.
