My husband is employed as a manager at a different Walgreens location. We recently had a baby and we send pictures online to our family in Sumter. I chose to pick up some pictures for a family member who just had surgery and, sadly, I was very disappointed with the quality of customer service at this Walgreens. The photo technician was having a personal conversation with a friend by the photo counter, so the manager, rather than making the employee "man" her department, decided to help me out...I use the word help very loosely. He acted as if he had no idea what he was doing and, when I presented my discount card, he rudely questioned me about what it was (even though he has the same card on each of his pay stubs). Once he figured out what planet he was on, I attempted to pay. Something was wrong with their card reader when I used my debit card and he raised his voice at me as if I had done something wrong. I don't expect special treatment because my husband's a manager for Walg
