Let me put it this way: the associate that helped me on Friday was stoned out of her mind. I haven't used this GameStop in about two years, because the service was atrocious, and it was a complete mess inside.\r \r I went in on Sunday because I had to return a couple games, and my GameStop of choice (The one in University Mall. That GameStop is the EPITOME of excellent customer service, but that's another review for another time) is closed on Sundays. The guy overcharged me. Other than that, that guy was probably the most sane employee at that GameStop. He was nice. Everyone else though, just sounds like they want you to get in, buy your stuff, and get out. \r \r Going back to the associate I was "helped" by on Friday, I asked for her opinion on a game that I was interested in.
