Review content:
Walgreens manager Marcus Dunn had a very condescending attitude when dealing with a return. I literally purchased the item 3 minutes before , then realized it was the wrong one. He would not give me a refund because I used register rewards to pay . He insisted this was a coupon and so it was essentially free. I paid for a previous purchase to receive those register rewards, they are like cash not coupons. In any case he should have given me a credit or exchange for the item I did want. Mr. Dunn and another employee spoke to me as if I was an imbecile. I was really appalled at their behavior. If I tried to say anything, the employee would immediately interrupt me , I could not get a word in. Both Mr. Dunn and the employee were speaking about me as if I were not standing right there. The final straw was when Marcus Dunn insisted I got a bargain price and should keep the item I did not even want. I just took my item, went to another Walgreens and had absolutely no problems.
