I had a toilet with a worn gasket between the toilet bowel and flush box that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Larkin and set up an appointment. The serviceman called me an hour later and told me what time her would be there. He showed up on time and was clean cut and pleasant. He replaced the gasket and suggested replacing the auto flow even though it was working fine. I gave him the OK. I also had him replace the on off cartridge in the Moan bathtub faucet. Than the shock came when he handed me the bill.
I was charged $300 labor for less than 2 hours plus parts for a total o f $446.00. I'm still in shock over Larkin charges. If you use them, make sure you ask what their hourly rate is first because they get you good!
