Approximately 8 months ago we started an exhaustive evaluation of Home Security providers and installers. After much due diligence and comparison of various programs, equipment, and services, we elected to have our installation performed by Arkansas Security.\r

This selection was based on two primary factors: the quality of the product and professionalism of the employees. Arkansas Security, while offering state of the art equipment, offered much better equipment. Our package is a Go Control wireless system with touchpad alarm center. Since it was installed several months ago, it has worked flawlessly.\r

More important than equipment, however was the professionalism of the employees. After having requested quotes from nearly a half-dozen other alarm companies (including all of the national-majors), I had become accustomed to the poor service and lack of professionalism. \r

After these experiences, I expected that Arkansas Security would be no different. I was exceptionally surprised. The sales agent took the time to understand my situation (reason for the alarm, equipment needs, etc) and took time to explain how everything works. He was respectful, considerate, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me obtain the equipment and services that best fit my circumstances.\r

From that point forward, everything has gone exceedingly well. From installation (it's a breeze), to activation, I have been very impressed.\r

As you can see, this length and passion with which I write this review is indicative of the value I assign to Arkansas Security. Truly a gem in a field occupied by many competitors that lack everything Arkansas Security has.
