first time I came in was for alignment and mech said I needed a right ball joint. I did not believe that to be true since I do all my own work and checked it before I came in. I took the car to city tire and battery for 4 wheel alinment and they only aligned the front and did not say anything about ball joint. two weeks latter the ball joint broke in HEB parking lot. after having car towed home and replacing both lower ball joints myself I brought car back to Britts. they did a four wheel alignment for only $45, giving me a discount for being a firefighter. I do all my own mechanic work but would definitely recomend them and will return for any work I cant do myself.
