I must say that I have had some pretty bad experiences with air conditioning repair people in the past, but Applewood heating and cooling has given me faith again. They even charge a fair price. The tech. came ON TIME, fixed my AC in less than an hour, and was actually conversational in the process. I really can't stand the repair guys who come to your house and can't even be polite, it makes the whole process very unsettling. In any case the tech from Applewood was very polite and it really helped ease the uneasiness of having a stranger enter my house. I totally recommend their service and will hire them for all of my household heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
Pros: reasonable price, polite, and concerned about customer service
Cons: not the cheapest company out there, but I suppose you get what you pay for
