I called Applewood to replace a faucet. I called on a Friday and was able to schedule the appointment for Monday. The person I spoke to offered several times including the weekend for no additional cost! \r

On Sunday, the day before my appointment, I received a call from a live person confirming my appointment time. \r
\r
On the day of my appointment I received a call from a live person to let me know the plumber was running a little late which I appreciated. I also received an email with information about the plumber coming and what he looked like.\r

Craig, my plumber for my appointment called me in route and when he arrived at our house. He worked fast and was able to switch out the faucet very quickly. He also quoted me on the price of the work before he got started. Craig was able to accept my credit card payment right there after he was done.\r

I got home and was telling my husband what a great experience I had with Applewood and my phone rang and it was a call from a live person asking how the appointment went. \r

The attention to detail and follow up made the process really convenient. I highly recommend their services!\r
