I have used Applewood for plumbing issues and furnace/air conditioning issues. When I called in for service the receptionist/dispatch individuals were courtesy and quickly found a time to fit my schedule. A call was made as the technician was on his way and a follow call was always made to make sure I had received satisfactory service - which of course I did. \r

All three technicians who have responded to my calls were very prompt, friendly and respectful of my home. They explained the problem clearly, a course of action, and the cost for the repair. I felt very confident about the technician's expertise. Once finished each one clean up the area they had been working in. I brought a yearly membership with Applewood because of my trust in the service and the ability of the servicemen. I strongly recommend using Applewood for all you plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs.\r
