Never again will I rent any home using a property management firm. I will go back to renting directly from landlord, or buy another home where I can be at peace.\r
This firm's staff is ignorant, incompetent, and unable to follow directions with any consistency. Their communications are incomplete and confusing. No one is on the same page. \r

They move slowly as a rule and are unable to grasp the nuances of property management. They cannot relate to renters, nor do they care to. We were forced to contact an attorney just to protect ourselves from this firm. We had to draw really tight boundaries around the staff to ensure that they respected us and our requests for assistance. We had to document absolutely everything that occurred because the incompetence never stopped.\r

Too bad for all the renters that must depend on these folks to do their jobs right and do them in a timely and consistent manner. Horizon staff are good at making excuses and believe that such excuses are a viable sol
