Review content:
We contacted three property management companies and out of the three the only one that would meet with us on a Saturday (so my husband could be there) was Horizon Properties. We interviewed Janet about her company and she was very professional and answered all of our questions. She also gave us a price range for rent after going through the home. It was then that we gave a deposit for maintenance and all our forwarding information. It was soon after that that our home was rented for the price we wanted. They did a good job of keeping us informed on potential applicants to ensure the best fit. They continue to keep us informed either by e-mail or phone. Their financial statement is very thorough and easy to understand with all receipts accountable. We would highly recommend them because they truly live up to their motto of "Taking care of your property as though it were our own."
