Horizon Properties offers excellent management service. They did an excellent job showing the property and finding an excellent tenant for us. We switched to Horizon from another management company and there is no comparison. Our prior agent could not rent our property for 6 months after renovations. After we switched to Horizon they were able to rent the property within three weeks! It has been a pleasure to deal with them. They are well staffed as opposed to other management companies and the staff has always been responsive. We can usually reach anyone we want to speak to immediately and if not they return our calls right away. They are currently managing our rental.
