I just want to say that is so refreshing to find a mechanic that isn't out to screw me because i am a woman and don't know much about cars. What I do know is that Mark Gumbrecht is the mechanic that I will be going to from now on. I needed front brakes and it just so happened I had a coupon because I lived in Warren. That is how I found out about the shop and Mark. As I was listening to him on the phone with a customer and although I could only her Mark's side of the conversation, I knew whoever he was talking to was giving him a hard time. He handled that call with great customer service skills and answered everyone of the questions that she asked. It is great to know that everyone is not out for only the money and is still interested in the customer. A customer even brought him a box of chocolate. Thanks Mark for your wonderful service and I hope I don't have to see a mechanic again, but if I do...it will be you.
