Have been going here for some time for oil change and regular maintenance. People at front desk were fine (or perhaps I did not ask for anything "more" than the sticker price of the service; read below what I mean by "more"). Not sure what has changed recently. Earlier one of my friends (whom I recommended to come here) told me that people at front desk behaved in a very rude manner when he took his car back to them to show that his front axle was still noisy when he was told it had been fixed. Recently I had to go there, unexpectedly, when I saw my front tire was losing air in parking lot of my son's school. After handing over my car keys I asked the person at front desk if I could get couple of blank printer papers (I thought of doing some work while waiting there). Guy seemed very annoyed at this simple request, showed very rude behavior. After giving me couple of papers, asked in a very rude manner if I needed anything else. I said no thanks. Once my car was done I paid and left. I had felt his bad behavior but thought maybe he was having a bad day and ignored it. Few days later I came with my wife’s car to get the oil change (I had setup my appointment with this service station and was there on time). While I was waiting for oil change to be done (for about 50 minutes), my wife called me. She wanted to know approximate time by when I was going to be back as she had to leave for a friend’s house. I asked the guy at front desk (in a normal polite manner) approximate time he was expecting the car to be done. In a very rude manner he said “Please be patient with us, we are working on your car”, he repeated that couple of times. I ignored his attitude and thought I will pay now so that when car is done I will be ready to leave. I asked him if I could pay before the car is done. Again in same extreme rude manner he told me to wait until car was done before he would do the transaction and asked me to take my car to dealership next time instead of coming to their shop. I was very surprised at his non-professional behavior. There are lots of good businesses out there which treat their customers very nicely. I have been there before and for sure I will take my business to them.
